1. Basic Parameters

PN16: Indicates a nominal pressure rating of 1.6 MPa (approximately 16 bar), suitable for medium and low pressure applications.
Flange Connection: Connects to the pipe via a flange, facilitating disassembly and maintenance. Commonly used for fixed piping systems.

2. Structural Features
Globe Valve Type: Controls flow by raising and lowering the disc. Suitable for full open/closed operation. Not recommended for flow regulation.
Sealing Method: Soft seal (rubber/PTFE) or hard seal (metal overlay). Soft seals offer greater corrosion resistance, while hard seals offer better wear resistance.

4. Selection Key Points
Pressure Compatibility: Ensure system pressure is ≤ PN16 (1.6 MPa).
Media Compatibility: Select valve body and seal materials based on corrosiveness and temperature.
Connection Dimensions: Flange standards must match the pipeline (e.g., GB, ANSI, EN, etc.).
Drive Requirements: Electric/pneumatic actuators are preferred for automation scenarios.

5. Installation Considerations
Directional: The valve disc must be installed vertically, with the media flow direction aligned with the arrow on the valve body.
Seal Check: Clean the flange surfaces before installation and use gaskets (e.g., graphite or rubber) to ensure a tight seal.
Support and Maintenance: Large valves require brackets and regular checks of seals and actuator lubrication.
